  - Measured test loads
  - 120-ton capacity tilt table
  - ANSI stability test (B-56.X) facilities
  - On-site office access to telephones and personal computers
  - On-site maintenance and parts storage, and fuel and lubricant facilities
  - Customized tests of cranes, forklifts, and construction equipment
  - Complete materials/failure analysis facilities
  - Continuous real-time monitoring of equipment parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, etc.)
  - Strain gage testing
  - Endurance and reliability test courses for MHE (gravel, asphalt, or concrete surfaced)
